Nothing is stitched until you say yes
Whenever you pay: no needle moves before you have approved the draft. That is why path B is not a risk — it only reverses the order.
Every sweater is made individually from your photo. For custom-made goods the statutory right of withdrawal ends once production starts (§ 312g(2)(1) German Civil Code) — on both paths alike. Production only starts after your design approval, and until then you can cancel at any time.

Shipping: 10–15 business days once the parcel is ready to go. Not included in that: creating your design (1–2 days), your approval, and production (around 10 days). As soon as your parcel is on its way you get an email with tracking. We would rather promise honestly than quickly.
Real embroidery — every thread is stitched individually into the fabric with premium thread. Not a print that fades or peels after a few washes. You feel the difference immediately: embroidery has texture, depth and outlasts the sweater itself. Embroidered by our production partner Printful.
You receive your finished design by email before production — nothing happens until you say "yes, that's it". We're glad to adjust colours, details or layout until you're happy. If you're not satisfied at all, you pay nothing. Really.

Because every sweater is embroidered individually for your pet, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code — that is standard for personalised products. BUT: if there is a quality defect, a wrong size or a mistake on our side, we replace it free of charge. Your design approval before production protects you on top of that — you decide before we stitch.
Honestly: because we know most customers only order once they have seen their design — not before. Instead of pushing you into a blind purchase, we turn it around. You get your individual pet design free by email, look at it in peace — and then decide. If it blows you away: order a sweater. If not: keep the design as a small thank you. No catch, no spam, no obligation.
