Shipping: 10–15 business days once the parcel is ready to go. Not included in that: creating your design (1–2 days), your approval, and production (around 10 days). As soon as your parcel is on its way you get an email with tracking. We would rather promise honestly than quickly.

Real embroidery — every thread is stitched individually into the fabric with premium thread. Not a print that fades or peels after a few washes. You feel the difference immediately: embroidery has texture, depth and outlasts the sweater itself. Embroidered by our production partner Printful.

You receive your finished design by email before production — nothing happens until you say "yes, that's it". We're glad to adjust colours, details or layout until you're happy. If you're not satisfied at all, you pay nothing. Really.

A sharp photo where your pet's face is clearly visible — ideally at eye level, in natural light. Phone quality is completely fine. Don't worry about slight blur: if we need a better one, we'll write to you before we start.

Because every sweater is embroidered individually for your pet, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code — that is standard for personalised products. BUT: if there is a quality defect, a wrong size or a mistake on our side, we replace it free of charge. Your design approval before production protects you on top of that — you decide before we stitch.

Honestly: because we know most customers only order once they have seen their design — not before. Instead of pushing you into a blind purchase, we turn it around. You get your individual pet design free by email, look at it in peace — and then decide. If it blows you away: order a sweater. If not: keep the design as a small thank you. No catch, no spam, no obligation.

With you in about 10 days. You first receive your preview by email. Once you approve it, your poster is printed for you and shipped. Shipping is included in the price, and you see the expected delivery date in the cart.

We embroider clothing and print posters. On hoodies, sweaters and T-shirts your pet is made from six thread colours and around 12,000 stitches. On the poster it appears in full colour, in one of three styles: watercolour, royal portrait or Japan retro. Both start with one photo of your pet.

Yes, up to five pets. In the poster customizer you upload one photo per pet. You see the price for additional pets there before you order.

For the common iPhone, Samsung Galaxy S and Google Pixel models – you see the list while designing. You pick your model and whether the case should be glossy or matte. Every case has two layers: a soft inner shell and a hard outer shell.

All around, over the edges. As with the poster, your design is created from your photo with AI; you see the preview by email and approve it. Only then do we print. Up to three pets fit on one case.

With you in about 10 days. Shipping is included in the price, and you see the expected delivery date in the cart. The matching poster is available in the same step for €29.95.
