After your design approval, production begins – your sweater is usually with you in the EU & US within 5–7 business days. The entire process (design → approval → embroidery → shipping) typically takes 10–14 days. We prefer to be honest rather than overpromise.
Genuine Embroidery — every thread is individually stitched onto the textile using premium thread. No print that fades or peels after a few washes. You feel the difference immediately: embroidery has texture, depth, and outlasts the sweater itself. Produced by one of Europe's best embroidery partners.
You will receive your finished design by email before production — nothing happens until we receive your "yes, that's perfect" approval. We are happy to make adjustments (colors, details, layout) until you are happy. If you are completely dissatisfied, you pay nothing. Really.
A clear photo where your pet's face is clearly visible — ideally at eye level, in natural light. Smartphone quality is perfectly fine. Don't worry about slight blurriness: If we need a better one, we'll contact you before we start.
Since each sweater is individually embroidered for your pet, there is no statutory right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB — this is standard for personalized products. BUT: In case of quality defects, wrong size, or our mistake, we will replace it free of charge. Your design approval before production also protects you — you decide before we embroider.
Honestly: because we know that most customers only order once they've seen their design — not before. Instead of forcing you into a blind purchase, we're flipping it around: You'll receive your custom pet design for free via email, take your time to look at it — and then decide. If it blows you away: order a sweater. If not: keep the design as a small thank you. No catch, no spam, no obligation.
