Why is the design free? +
Honestly: because we know most people order once they have seen their design — not before. Instead of asking you to buy blind, we turn it around. You get your individual pet design free by email, look at it in your own time, and then decide. If it wins you over, order a sweater. If not, keep the design as a small thank you. No catch, no spam, no obligation.
How long until my sweater arrives? +

Shipping: 10–15 business days from the moment it is ready to ship. Not included in that: making the design (1–2 days), your approval, and production (about 10 days). As soon as your parcel is on its way you get an email with tracking. We would rather promise honestly than quickly.

Is this real embroidery — or just print? +
Real embroidery — every thread is laid into the fabric individually with premium thread. Not a print that fades or peels after a few washes. You feel the difference straight away: embroidery has texture and depth, and it outlasts the sweater itself. Made by one of the best embroidery partners in Europe.
Which photo do I need? What quality? +
A sharp photo where your animal's face is clearly visible — ideally at eye level, in natural light. Phone quality is perfectly fine. Do not worry about slight blur: if we need a better one, we write to you before we start.
What if I do not like the design? +
You get your finished design by email before production — nothing moves until your "yes, that works". We are glad to adjust colours, details or layout until you are happy. If you are not satisfied at all, you pay nothing. Really.
Can I return the sweater? +
Because every sweater is embroidered individually for your animal, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) — that is standard for personalised products. But: if there is a quality fault, a wrong size or a mistake on our side, we replace it free of charge. And your design approval before production protects you as well — you decide before we stitch.
