Why is the design free?
Honestly? Because we know most customers only order once they've seen their design – not before. Instead of forcing you to buy blind, we're flipping it around: You'll receive your individual pet design via email for free, take a look at it at your leisure – and then decide. If you love it, order a sweater. If not, keep the design as a little thank you. No catch, no spam, no obligation.
How long will it take for my sweater to arrive?
Production starts after you approve the design — your sweater is usually with you in 5–7 business days in EU countries & US states. The complete process (design → approval → embroidery → shipping) typically takes 8–12 days. We prefer to be honest rather than fast.
Is that real embroidery — or just print?
Genuine embroidery — each thread is individually sewn onto the textile with premium thread. Not a print that fades or peels after a few washes. You feel the difference immediately: embroidery has texture, depth, and outlasts the sweater itself. Produced by one of Europe's best embroidery partners.
Which photo do I need? What quality?
A clear photo where your pet's face is clearly visible — ideally at eye level, in natural light. Smartphone quality is perfectly fine. Don't worry about slight blurriness: If we need a better one, we'll contact you before we start.
What if I don't like the design?
You will receive your finished design by email before production — nothing will be processed until you give your "Yes, that's perfect" approval. We are happy to make adjustments (colors, details, layout) until you are satisfied. If you are completely unhappy, you pay nothing. Seriously.
Can I return the sweater?
Since each sweater is individually embroidered for your pet, there is no statutory right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB — this is standard for personalized products. BUT: In case of quality defects, wrong size, or our error, we will replace it free of charge. Your design approval before production also protects you — you decide before we embroider.
