Before you ask

Any questions?

Why is the design free?

Because most people only order once they have seen their own pet as a poster. So we show you first. If you like it, you order. If not, nothing happens.

How long does it take?

You get an email to confirm your address right away. After your click we paint, and the preview usually arrives within a few minutes.

Do I have to buy anything?

No. The preview is free and without obligation. A poster starts at €34,95, shipping included, and is only printed after you order.

Which photo works best?

Any phone photo in which the face is clearly visible and the light is good. For several pets, upload one photo per pet, up to three.

What happens to my photo?

It is stored with Cloudinary and used only to create your design. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with one click.

Why is there a pattern across my preview?

The LOYALEN pattern protects the preview. Your printed poster comes without it.

Still have questions?

Why is the design free? +

Honestly: because we know most people order once they have seen their design — not before. Instead of asking you to buy blind, we turn it around. You get your individual pet design free by email, look at it in your own time, and then decide. If it wins you over, order a sweater. If not, keep the design as a small thank you. No catch, no spam, no obligation.

How long until my sweater arrives? +

Shipping: 10–15 business days from the moment it is ready to ship. Not included in that: making the design (1–2 days), your approval, and production (about 10 days). As soon as your parcel is on its way you get an email with tracking. We would rather promise honestly than quickly.

Is this real embroidery — or just print? +

Real embroidery — every thread is laid into the fabric individually with premium thread. Not a print that fades or peels after a few washes. You feel the difference straight away: embroidery has texture and depth, and it outlasts the sweater itself. Made by one of the best embroidery partners in Europe.

Which photo do I need? What quality? +

A sharp photo where your animal's face is clearly visible — ideally at eye level, in natural light. Phone quality is perfectly fine. Do not worry about slight blur: if we need a better one, we write to you before we start.

What if I do not like the design? +

You get your finished design by email before production — nothing moves until your "yes, that works". We are glad to adjust colours, details or layout until you are happy. If you are not satisfied at all, you pay nothing. Really.

Can I return the sweater? +

Because every sweater is embroidered individually for your animal, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) — that is standard for personalised products. But: if there is a quality fault, a wrong size or a mistake on our side, we replace it free of charge. And your design approval before production protects you as well — you decide before we stitch.

How your piece is made

Three steps — and what comes out of them

No warehouse, no template. Your piece is only embroidered after you have approved the draft.

Nahaufnahme der gestickten Haustier-Illustration auf einem Sweatshirt — **Thread in the fabric, not colour on top** Stitched into the fabric with thread, one pass at a time. You can see the direction of the stitches and feel the raised edge.

You see it first

We send you the finished draft. Nothing goes into production before you have said yes.

One design, only yours

Two drawing styles, seven colour worlds, four frames — and your pet as the template. No two designs are alike.

How it works

1 Upload a photo A clear picture, taken from the front. A phone photo is enough.
2 Pick style and colour Two styles, four frames, seven colour worlds — plus name and year.
3 Approve and wear Nothing is stitched until you have said yes.

The lifestyle photograph is computer-generated and shows a possible situation — not a customer photo. The embroidery close-ups are photographs of finished pieces.
